All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Your appointments are very important to us at Ocean Luxe Beauty, it is time reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes time adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of your service as a cancellation fee. - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 5 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee and marked as a no show. - NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled and charged the full service amount. It is treated as a NO SHOW. We need to accommodate other appointment that follow yours. - Ocean Luxe Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and reschedule any/all appointments. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled by Ocean Luxe Beauty you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to waive a cancellation fee at any time. Due to this policy, we require a valid credit/debit card to be kept on file at the time of scheduling your appointment to hold your reserved time. The Cancellation Policy allows us to provide the highest quality of service for each of our clients. We appreciate your business so we want to offer you the most we can in your scheduled appointment.
